OOTN: It Was A Circus

On January 28th I celebrated my cousin's 21st birthday with her and her friends. We celebrated at Webster Hall nightclub in the city and it was amazing! There was good music played and it was fun being with great people who know how to have a good time. We watched the circus event and it was by far the most amazing thing I've ever seen! I felt amazing that night.
Dress -Forever 21, Shrug- Torrid, Tight -Forever 21, Flats -American Eagle for Payless, Necklace -Charlotte Russe, Lipstick -"Rosary" by Kat Von D.

The lipstick definitely looked brown but when I swatched it and put it on it is a dark plum. I wanted a plum color lipstick and this was definitely a great choice. I loved my outfit that night!

Hanging On By A Fringe

I absolutely die for fringe! I have two pieces in my closet that have fringe and when I got them they absolutely look  amazing on me. I never really liked fringe because I thought it would never look right on me.

The vest and crop top both have fringe and I absolutely love these pieces in my closet!

I'm always on Forever 21 online because I like to torture myself with a little online window shopping. These pieces I really need to get!!!!!

I'm hanging on by a fringe! I need these!!!

Fashion Fades, Style Is Eternal.

Its a cold Sunday evening and I'm home watching t.v. and baking. How much better could it be? Well a few weeks ago I bought knee high suede boots from Forever 21 but I didn't like how they looked on me. Friday I went back to the city to return them. One problem I had was the fact that you cant get cash back. First off, what if I didn't want to buy anything there and Second why would you force a store credit on someone. What if it was a gift for someone? There weren't any more boots there and I would have been screwed. Another thing I don't like is the fact that they have shoes scattered all over the store and not all organized in a specific place. It took me forever to find shoes I actually liked and I actually found a pair of shoes that I LOVED but didn't find my size. What a disappointment right? Well I kept searching and found a pair of shoes that I wouldn't particularly wear but its a new year and its time to try new things.

I also bought some eye shadow. I wanted to get false eyelashes but I forgot about that. I plan on doing a full solid lid for the club. I'm still debating on a hairstyle so I'm not sure yet.

Heavily Addicted

Hola Fashionista's! Yesterday I went into the city and met up with my cousin. Well, technically I got there before her and strolled into Sephora and that's where she met me. It was perfect because she had to get a few things from there anyway. So before she even got there I ended up buying her birthday gift a little early. Her birthday is on the 25th but I didn't want to forget. I didn't take any pictures of what I bought her but It was a birthday girl pack that came with mini lip gloss, hand and foot cream and an exfoliator. I think there was something else but I can't remember. I also bought her the Benefit Tan About Town combo set. It included: Some Kind-A-Gorgeous cream to powder complexion perfector, BadGal Lash Mascara, and Hoola bronzer. For myself I bought a lipstick called Rosary from Kat Von D's line, I also purchased the Vanilla Birthday Cake Shower gel which also can be used as shampoo or bubble bath. If you read my previous post from my free birthday gift, you know how much I absolutely LOVE this product! I also bought a medicated exfoliator and acne spot treatment. I'm hoping it works well with my skin because I don't really breakout that often, but I wanted something for when I actually do get pimples. I spent a lot more than I expected too, but I didn't really buy anything unnecessary. After Sephora we went into Forever 21 and I bought a dress for her birthday weekend because were going to the club. I also bought knee high grey suede boots because they were on sale and they didn't really have any shoes that I really liked.

I really have a weak spot for Sephora. It has become a bigger issue as time goes on I think. I love Sephora and all it offers. They have the best customer service!

New York Life

Hola Fashionista's! Well I'm still in Brooklyn and definitely have been enjoying it. I love being with my cousin and aunt everyday. I've been doing a lot of job searching, both in NYC and MA. Hopefully something turns up soon. While I've been back I've hung out with all my cousins that I've missed. I went to the city and I've been on Fulton. Sadly I missed when Drake was on Fulton and was kind of upset. There's always another day to meet him though I will not give up hope! It's Friday the 13th and today there's a Tumblr meetup which I will be going to because I missed the last one. I'm excited but have no clue what to wear ..... story of my life right! I'm hoping the weather lightens up by the time I head over for it. I also have to get my nails done which I have no clue where I'm going to get them done.

New posts coming soon for this unlike winter were having here on the east coast. Be sure to stay posted!

No Sleep Til Brooklyn!

So my loves I'm back Brooklyn. It was a long car ride because I only had an hour of sleep. But I really love being back home. Even though its cold, I love it! I wanted to show you all a couple gifts I bought myself through the month Decemeber as Christmas gifts to myself.

The new Kardashian Konfidential. It features a new chapter and pictures from Kim's wedding.

Life In Pictures: Marilyn Monroe. Its a book that describes her life and also timelines it through pictures. I purchased this at Five Below for $4.00.

I also purchased there novel Dollhouse. Its pretty much based on there lives but its not. If that makes any sense.

I also purchased a movie (Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince) and a satin leopard eye mask. I purchased both at the store Five Below for $5.00 (movie) and $3.00 (eye mask).

I bought myself new sneakers (as posted from my previous shoe-gasm post). These are the new Air Jordan 14s they released 12.17.11 and these weren't the original ones I wanted to buy the ones I wanted were sold out (Concord 11s). I paid $109.99 for these because there still new.

These earrings I bought from Forever 21. There clip-ons and they make me feel a little Coco Chanel.

I bought this studded bracelet also from Forever 21. I'm not huge on bracelets but I thought I should start wearing them.

This is the vest I bought to wear for New Years. I really have been dying for a fur vest so I'm extremely happy I bought this!

I bought this fringed vest because I saw it on display being worn with the fringed crop top I bought. This is also from Forever 21.

I love Scarves. This is probably one of my favorite accessories for Fall/Winter. I also got this from Forever 21 and I got it in this shade of green because I wanted something different.

I bought this studded clutch for New Years and everyone loved it. I paid $25.00 for it but it was worth it because if I wanted to wear it as a purse it comes with a chain!

I also got this clutch and it just looked bad ass to me so I had to get it! I paid $25.00 for this as well. Both clutches are from Shii.

Buy both clutches here:

Hope you all loved this stuff!
Remember that just because your shopping for other people during the holidays doesn't mean you cant buy yourself something as well. So go splurge on yourself sometimes!

Happy New Years!!!

Hello my loves, heres a few pics of myself  on New Years Eve! My whole outfit is Forever 21. My shoes are from Burlington Coat Factory, the brand is Dollhouse. I went and got my nails and did leopard print on my ring fingers. I also got my eyebrows done. I was really happy about how my outfit looked with my hair and i wore NO MAKEUP. Yup that's right i was bare faced besides mascara and a sweep of my NARS gold eye shadow. My ring is from Rainbows and all my other accessories are from Forever 21. My glitter lips are from Violent Lips which I purchased from Sephora.

I got so many compliments on my outfit. Especially on my vest and shoes!
