I'm Totally Going to Show Off!

Image and video hosting by TinyPic

My loves I'm back, I've been super busy lately so be ready some cute posts.
Well, like the title says I'm going to show off. Thats right the tour "Show Off". My favorite youtube singer known as SoMo is on tour and he's hitting New York next month on the 21st. I can't wait! This guy is so talented and I'm super excited because I purchased the meet & greet VIP ticket so I'll be meeting him. *faints* Yes its that serious. I've never met an artist before and regardless that he is still unsigned I'm still extra nervous! Now I haven't found an outfit yet but I'm hoping that the weather is nice. I am on the hunt for something comfy but still cute. I honestly don't know what to wear but who cares I'm going to see and meet SoMo!!!

My Summer Bucket List

Hola readers! Now that Spring has officially sprung I thought it would be a great time to begin writing my Summer bucket list. I spend a lot of time throughout the year traveling to New York. One day I will move back for good. Until then I try to go as much as possible. Well I always like to have plans when I go out there. I love going out because the air is beautiful and you can dress more comfortably.
Something I love about life is just living. To its fullest extent and trying new things. I love finding new spots and going to new places, and trying new foods. My list is compiled of things I have yet to accomplish and really want to this Spring/Summer. I will add more and cross stuff off as I accomplish things on my list. I hope to bring my blog to a new light this Summer with all the posts I'll be writing.

1. Bumper Cars. I haven't done this in years and totally want to do this again!
2. Go to a comedy show. You know when your walking through Times Square and those people are asking you on the street if  you want to go to a comedy show, well I want to do it. I love to laaugh, its the best medicine.
3. Visit art galleries. I went with my cousin to some art galleries for a school assignment and it was fun just to see art.
4. Go to the Empire State Building. Its such a typical thing to do and I've never been so thats something I have to do.
5. Go to a Yankee Game. I absolutely LOVE baseball so I really want to go to a game. I'm just not looking forward to the train ride to the BX lol.
6. Picnic in Central Park. When its sunny with a slight breeze I think it would be a fun thing to do in the afternoon.
7. Eat at Rosa Mexicano. I've heard great things about this place so I definitely want to try it.
8. Buy cupcakes at Crumb Bake Shop. There cupcakes look so cute and i love sweets.
9. Buy macarons from Lauduree.
10. Go to the beach as much as possible!
11. Cure a hangoverwith brunch in the city
12. Make tons of memories
13. Go to Brooklyn Bowl
14. Take as many pictures as I can
15. Attempt to play pool......again.
16. Go on a bar crawl
17. Go drunk bowling
18. Have as many themed parties this summer as possible
19. Shop at a flea market
20. Go to an outdoor concert
21. Speak with an accent for a whole day

For right now this is all I have. I will continue to add things to my list but this is all I could think of. Most of my items will be completed with one of my cousins that I'm always with. What are some of the things on your bucket list for this summer?

DIY: Jewelry Organizing!

I absolutely LOVE organizing. When it comes to jewelry its important to remember that necklaces have a tendency of getting tangled. Be sure to keep that in mind when your going about this. There are several ways to organize and make it a part of your space in your bedroom. I will show you some cool things you can buy to help accesssorize your room and help organize your jewelry for an easy and pleasing to the eye kind of area.

This Glass Scalloped Dish from Urban Outfitters only costs $4.00 and can be used for rings or stud earrings. Its affordable and can go with anything.

If you want to buy it you can purchase it here.

How cute is this Scrollwork Gate Jewelry Stand? Also from Urban Outfitters, its on sale right now for $19.

You can purchase it here.

This Trellis Jewelry Stand is so chic. Not only is the detail cute but its a two for one. You can hang necklaces from it and store rings, earrings, or other necklaces on the bottom tray area.

Also from UO you can purchase it here.

Theres a ton of other things on Urban Outfitters you can purchase from jewelry storage to shelving and other room accessories. Take a look for yourself and give it a try.

The Carrie Diaries Season Finale

Now if your a TCD fan than you like me have been watching since the very beginning. Well first lets discuss characters. Young Carrie Bradshaw is such a refreshing take portrayal of her. See I haven't read the Carrie Diaries so I'm not exactly sure what the differences or similarities are but I heard there's a lot of things different. I hope once I read the book I wont be so disappointed. Her friends Mouse and Maggie are so different than the older Carrie's friends. I like Mouse she's so young and innocent and such a great friend. I'm not a fan of Maggie, especially after the finale. Walt, well  I have to say I love there friendship. At first when I saw the promo I thought he was going to end up liking Carrie (again I haven't read the book). I think the way his role played out and his friendship with Carrie is beautiful. They are the true definition of best friends. Sebastian Kidd. Ooh la la Sebastian is a looker. He is so gorgeous and like Larissa says "a hair god".

Now lets talk the finale. I missed the a little of the beginning so I was a bit lost but in this episode it was there junior prom. Maggie tells Carrie about her dad and the woman he's seeing behind her back in so many words. She then gets into an argument with Sebastian and then they break up. Mouses parents make her go to prom with her cousin who is in middle school. Maggie finds out from Sebastian that Walt is gay and flips on him in the diner. Which is what makes her character so ugly. The way she approaches the situation is so disgusting that made me immediately totally dislike her. Carrie and Walt end up going to Larissa's going away party and Carrie ends up leaving the city to find Sebastian because she comes to the realization that regardless she's madly in love with him. Mouse tells her parents off and ends up ditching prom for her boyfriend and dances with him in the diner, so cute. Maggie ends up at the same bar as Sebastian and they end up drunk and make out. This honestly broke my heart for Carrie. How could they do that to her?! When Carrie finds Sebastian they end up just laying with each other. When she gets home in the morning Maggie comes over and tells her what happened. She basically blames that on everything she's gone through. As though its an excuse for what she did. Carrie refuses to talk to Sebastian and ends up in the city for her summer job for interview living at Larissa's with Walt while she's away.

I honestly hope it comes back for another season! I need more. I need to know what's going to happen with her and Sebastian. What will happen with her friendship with Maggie? Will everyone in school end up knowing about Walt's sexual preference? Is her her dad ever going to introduce them to this women he is seeing? I have a feeling that Dorit will get her heart broken. So I'm keeping my fingers crossed in hopes of a season 2.

I'm Back

Hello readers! I have been gone for a while and I truly miss my blog. I have been going through a lot in my personal life and haven't been able to make a post lately. I recently got sick and this change of weather does me no justice. My allergies are on a whole other level this spring season so I'll have to go to the doctors to keep this under control.

I will try to get as many posts up as I can this week but I honestly am exhausted from recovery and taking care of my mom now that she has caught whatever bug is going on around.

I hope you all can understand and keep checking in because I'm not going anywhere. This Spring and Summer I hope to bring my blog somewhere different. But thats for another post.
