The Met Extending the McQueen Exhibit

The Alexander McQueen exhibit has been such a great success that The Metropolitan Museum of Art is changing its closing date from July 31st to August 7th. The exhibit will also be open on Mondays when the rest of the museum is closed from 9:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. for anyone who is willing to spend an extra $50 fee.

Burberry Profits Double!

Profits at Burberry Group plc more than doubled to 206.3 million pounds, or $321.8 million, from 82.2 million pounds, or $128.2 million, in the fiscal year.

Polo Ralph Lauren's Profit Falls!

The New York company, whose brands include American Living, Chaps and Club Monaco, said earnings fell 36% to $73.2 million, or 74 cents a share, for its fiscal fourth quarter.

It will be sold in all 41 Neiman Marcus stores and also online, Shopbop, Nordstrom, Bergdorf Goodman, Saks, Intermix, Selfridges and Kirna Zabete. The prices range from $250 to $700.

Hailee Steinfeld is the New Face of Miu Miu

14 year old Hailee Steinfeld is the new face of Miu Miu. She has won the respect of the fashion industry with her sophisticated and age appropriate red carpet choices. Prada reps and Steinfeld's stylist Karla Welch have confirmed on Monday. The Fall/Winter 2011 Ad campaign has already been shot but has not been said when it would be released. Steinfeld will be the youngest face of the brand.

Anna Wintour in Support of Gay Marriage in New York!

Anna Wintour is the latest to record a video for Human Rights Campaign's "New Yorkers for Marriage Equality" campaign. In her video Wintour states "As far as I'm concerned, having the right to say 'I Do' is as fundamental as the right to vote," and she is completely right!
I agree with her completely and fully supporrt gay marriage.Who are we to deny love and this lovely matrimony between two people?

Gossip Girl Season Finale!

Ahhh sweet bliss! This has to be the best yet the worst part of the season because its the end but it was the BEST ending yet! Season 5 is definitely going to be amazing!

Gossip Girl Update!

 Well if you've been watching Season 4 has ultimately been the best season so far! Anywho its recently been confirmed that Taylor Momsen and Jessica Szhor's characters will be leaving the series. As you know Momsen's  character Jenny Humphrey hasn't been in most of season 4 and Szhor's character Abrams left town. They've said that there characters will make guest appearances throughout season 5 but will no longer be regulars on the show.

I'm really not shocked because there really isn't any significance of  them being on the show because there's no story line that would fit them in. However I do miss the wars between Blair and Jenny, but i truly love who Blair's character is becoming to be!

What are your thoughts? Will you miss Little J and V? Or do you feel the show will be just as fine with out them?
