Fashion starts from within

I'm a little late with the whole "back to school" approach -but better late than never, right?
This post will just be me taking a different view point on fashion. In my opinion in order to be fashion forward on the outside, you've got to be glowing from the inside. That means having healthy glowing skin, eating right and keeping yourself positive at all times.
So I have a couple of tips that I've learned this summer that I've used going into my new school year. I feel more refreshed, my skin is glowing and I feel like a new and happier person.
Lets start from within. Eating right and exercising. Things can get a bit pricey, but it's a good price to pay and worth investing in. I've learned that you need to eat things with a lot of Omega 3 and antioxidants in it (call me late if you want lmao). Things such as Salmon, Banana, Avocado and Kale among tons of other things. If you incorporate these into your diet you notice a huge difference. I recently got Biotin, Omega 3 and Vitamin C pills from the Vitamin shoppe. All in all, I think I spent about 50 dollars total. But I got a handle full of products and noticed two hand fulls of differences. You judge! Lol. I have also learned that flax-seed oil and coconut oil is absolutely brilliant for your skin in order to add a healthy, vibrant glow (quote me on that, if you'd like lol). You can use these for food, your face, hair, etc. Even better chia seeds. Adding chia seeds to any and everything you eat adds tons of fiber to your diet. It gives you energy (reducing stress and under eye bags) and is very good for people that are trying to stay/starting to get in the habit of working out. Speaking of working out, that is also a big part of being fashion forward from within. And when I say working out, I mean to stay healthy, have a good heart, and stay toned and fit (not be stick skinny -because I'm sure not lmao). Even if you can't go to the gym, walking around your neighborhood for at least 15 minutes a day gets your heart pumping and working in the right ways. Even looking up 5 minute workout routines on YouTube. That's what I do. I'm so lazy but every morning I do a five minute routine via YouTube before I start my day. You'd be surprised how AMAZING you feel after. I promise everything I've listened makes a huge difference -and you feel it inside and it shines through outside.
I'm not done yet! Lmao. After you've helped your insides (lol sounds weird) you need to help your outside. So everyone needs a good face wash, serum and moisturizer for everyday use. Personally, I have oily/combination skin. So I use Neutrogena Oil Free Acne Wash. After I apply Neutrogena oil free moisture SPF 35 and CeraVe facial lotion. Keep in mind that facial products that work for me, might not work for you. Continuing on, you can always ask your dermatologist what type of skin you have (if you aren't sure) and ask him/her what products he/she would suggest for you to use. Even cooler and better, you can make home made face masks, but that's for a different post and different time.
In conclusion, look up some of these products on VitaminShoppe.com & look up some fitness work outs on YouTube (yupp, you've got homework beauty babes)!
Hopefully at a later date I can go more in depth with all the products that I've shared with you. But for now my beautiful people ...

Peace, Love & Sincerely Sky
